When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, along with the details of the order itself. When you write to us or join our newsletter, we receive what you type into the form. We do not collect payment card details on this website.

We use that information to fulfil orders and to reply to you.

Your details are used to process and deliver your order and to provide warranty service when you need it. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address only to tell you about new Corven collections, and you can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.

We protect your information with encryption and strict access controls.

Every page on this site is served over HTTPS, and messages sent through our contact and newsletter forms are encrypted before they are written to our database, so they can only be opened with a key held by the Corven team. Administrator accounts are protected with two-factor authentication.

Cookies on this site are limited to what the shop needs to work.

WooCommerce sets session cookies that remember the contents of your bag and your checkout details, and our theme sets a small cookie that counts the items in your bag so the header can show it. The site also measures how quickly its pages load, using anonymous timing figures and the time zone region your browser reports, without a cookie or any identifier.

We do not set advertising cookies through this website, and if we ever add advertising tools we will update this policy before they go live.

We share your details only with the services that deliver your order.

Your name, phone number and address are shared with our courier so your watch can be delivered, and bank transfer details stay between you and your bank. We never sell personal information.

You can ask to see or delete your information at any time.

Write to contact@corvenwatches.com and we will tell you what we hold about you and correct or delete it, except where we must keep order records for accounting and warranty purposes.
