Delivery is free across Pakistan, and an unopened watch can be returned within seven days.

Every order is delivered free, wherever you are in Pakistan.

We ship to every city in Pakistan without a delivery charge, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. You can follow your order at any time on the Track your order page using your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

You can pay in cash on delivery or by direct bank transfer.

Cash on delivery lets you pay when the watch is in your hands, at no extra cost. If you prefer to pay in advance, choose direct bank transfer at checkout and your order will be dispatched once the payment has cleared.

Returns are accepted within seven days on unopened watches.

If you change your mind, you can return a watch within seven days of purchase as long as it is unopened and its original packaging and seals are intact. Please contact our client service team before sending anything so we can confirm the return, and note that return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Once the watch reaches us and has been checked, we will process your refund and let you know as soon as it is on its way.
